Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season audits
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience with multi-state compliance requirements
