Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with GAAP compliance oversight
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for departmental initiatives
- Streamline accounts payable/receivable workflows with automation tools
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial projects
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax compliance frameworks
- Proven experience with financial modeling and forensic accounting
