Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments
- Implement and improve accounting systems
- Lead month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/v-lookups
- Strong GAAP and IRS tax compliance knowledge
- Proven leadership in financial reporting
- Colorado CPA license required
- Experience with manufacturing or construction accounting
