Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with federal tax laws (IRS) and DC regulations
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis

Qualifications
