Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping activities accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and support for quarterly and annual tax preparation.
- Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and financial inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software to input data and maintain organized digital records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
