Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Assist in the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, maintaining strict adherence to GAAP standards.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain the integrity of our financial data.
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into our advanced accounting software and internal databases.
- Compliance: Help ensure all financial documentation is organized, compliant, and easily accessible for audits.
- Assistance: Provide general accounting support to the senior finance team on various ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles accepted).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
