Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare weekly financial reports, variance analysis, and closing schedules.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly audits and compliance requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3+ years of general accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Experience with GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
