Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Maintain organized, secure filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
