We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing process for assigned accounts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget variances.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Saturday) as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
