Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile time records with department managers
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union deductions accurately
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits for internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of Tennessee payroll tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Proven attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
