Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts for multiple clients.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all tax filings are completed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve discrepancies and answer financial inquiries.
- Organize and file financial documents for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in financial data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
