Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure GAAP compliance for all financial transactions
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Optimize accounting processes using QuickBooks Online
- Support budget forecasting and expense tracking
- Provide financial insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
