Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements, variance analyses, and month-end closing reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Process payroll and assist with budget forecasting and expense tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
