Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable during night shift hours
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for data management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience required
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a major plus
- Proven night shift availability (4PM-2AM schedule)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
