Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-week financial processing, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and post nightly financial reports to ensure real-time visibility into company finances.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for management review.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
