Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Review and process high-volume vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
- Perform thorough account reconciliations and resolve any billing discrepancies or queries.
- Manage the full AP cycle, including coding, batching, and approving payments via wire and ACH.
- Maintain accurate vendor master files and ensure all tax documents are filed correctly.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures by providing necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice issues.
- Assist in internal audits and the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (SAP experience highly preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain data integrity under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
