Role Overview:
As a Remote Bookkeeper, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring our books are balanced and our clients receive accurate financial reports. You will work independently from your home office while collaborating with our wider accounting team.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process payroll for multiple employees accurately and on time.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients and customers.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and assist in month-end close procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and tax documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
