- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate on audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Maintain internal controls documentation
- Train junior staff on accounting systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (VBA)
- Proven experience with SOX compliance and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
