Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
- Assist with audits and tax documentation preparation
- Implement internal controls for financial accuracy
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
