Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and billing inquiries.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and expense reporting.
- Perform data entry and maintain the integrity of the general ledger accounts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (formulas and data entry).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
