Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with federal, state, and industry regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
