Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of banking, healthcare, or environmental regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CCEP, or similar) preferred
- Proficient in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
