Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Stay current with regulatory changes (e.g., BSA/AML, HIPAA, FINRA) and update policies accordingly
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations through proper documentation and corrective action plans
- Provide compliance training to staff across all departments
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (e.g., CFPB, DOL, CMS)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification required
- Proficient in compliance management software (e.g., Diligent, LogicGate)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
