Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with year-end audit preparations and documentation
- Implement and optimize financial workflows for efficiency
- Provide ongoing financial insights to business clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software integrations
- CPA certification preferred
