Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Manage payroll processing and tax filing for corporate clients
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and expense control
- Lead accounts receivable/payable optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial teams and client relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
