- Manage and reconcile complex accounts payable/receivable cycles for 20+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries in QuickBooks Online
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support annual audits and IRS documentation requests
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and payroll tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
