Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping operations and reporting
- Assist with audit preparations and financial analysis
- Collaborate with CFO to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
