Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment execution
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for vendor statements and GL accounts
- Optimize payment workflows using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Resolve vendor inquiries and disputes with exceptional communication
- Support month-end closing procedures with accurate financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized to large companies
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and SAP ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Proven track record of reducing processing errors below 0.5%
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
