Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support other finance department projects as needed
Qualifications
