Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients using ERP systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with exceptional customer service
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Process payments and maintain updated payment records

Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar billing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with electronic billing systems (e.g., Avature, Bill.com)
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
