Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies following strict audit protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and anti-fraud measures
- Assist customers with ATM issues, account inquiries, and basic problem resolution
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with basic financial software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
