Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
- Open and close new accounts while explaining account features, fees, and policies.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including vault balancing and audit procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be friendly, professional, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
