Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and match purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
