Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships
- Cross-sell financial products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic banking software (training provided)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- FBI fingerprint background check required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if applicable to branch operations)
