Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations by assisting with vault management and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
