Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices (AP) with a focus on weekend shifts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment schedules.
- Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and AP software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a focus on accuracy.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
