Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Manage AP/AR cycles and oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for 15+ client portfolios
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Ledger analysis and support for strategic financial decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rate <0.5%
- Experience managing financial teams of 3+ professionals
