Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow reporting
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement QuickBooks software solutions for client accounting systems
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial analysis
- Train junior accounting staff on best practices and software proficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting and payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of Nevada state tax regulations and IRS compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., AIPB) highly desirable
