Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for Nevada-based businesses
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits and tax seasons
- Maintain organized digital financial records with strict data hygiene
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Proven expertise in multi-client accounting systems
- Nevada payroll processing certification (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% reconciliation errors
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (strongly preferred)
