Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and tax documentation
- Process payroll and assist with quarterly tax filings
- Implement and improve bookkeeping processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with CPA firm for audit preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-client bookkeeping systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in urgent situations
- Professional certification (AIPB or equivalent) preferred
