Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume weekly invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Perform thorough data entry, coding, and approvals for vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Communicate professionally with vendors to clarify invoices and payment terms.
- Ensure all weekend closing procedures are completed on time.
- Assist the AP Manager with month-end close tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
