Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations across all financial transactions
- Oversee bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews and tax season preparations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing and financial audits
