Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Lead financial statement preparation under US GAAP with rigorous attention to detail
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and financial forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Oversee audit coordination and compliance documentation for multi-state operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining quality control across deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in US GAAP, FASB standards, and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in financial statement analysis and audit coordination
