Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models and forecasts.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational goals and assist in budget preparation and management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
