Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance with precision
- Prepare and file tax documents while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance requirements
