Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
- Monitor budgets and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
