Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and thoroughly reviewed for errors.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and tax preparations.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Support internal controls and financial compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
