Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts weekly
- Prepare weekend financial reports and variance analyses
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
