Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Support annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Develop financial reports and KPI dashboards for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
