Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and quarter-end closing procedures with precision
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements nightly
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital records of all transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
